VISION
Our
consulting services are unique in that we provide
services from start to finish, and we actually prepare
your company's ISO policies and procedures to expedite
obtaining an ISO registration. We are continuously
improving our proven templates, which are customized

MSI TOOLS
Years
of experience led MSI to refine a set of documentation
tools and training courses that allow us to quickly

forms, checklists, and process flowcharts. Because

and Effective. MSI's ISO philosophy, and
practice, is to create a simple yet effective Management
System. Reams of documentation are not a pre-requisite
for ISO registration. The ISO 9001 standard specifically
requires a documented procedure for only six (6) of
its elements. While six (6) procedures is the minimum,
our clients typically implement their Management Systems
with no more than fifteen (15) to twenty (20) streamlined
procedures depending on the complexity and size of
their operation.

effectiveness of the Management System is measured
by its ability to achieve continual improvement and
enhance customer satisfaction. MSI will provide your
